The Yoga Cook is run by Louise Ramsden who has 15 years yoga teaching experience. She runs Hatha Flow, Pregnancy, Yoga Therapy and Yin/Restorative classes from her home studio in Balham.
The classes are small with a maximum of 7 students which enables one to one tuition within the class for different levels or those with specific conditions.
Louise also offers Consciousness Coaching® . This method of coaching facilitates the shift of consciousness that will transform the way you see yourself, your possibilities, your relationships and your personal power in order to create the life you want.
